My Techno-Buddy Mudgrass
You will be glad to know that we have finally dug up a path for our vehicles to ply on from site 5510 on the androgynous mountain to geo-electro lab no. 2246. I must say that the Seismic Corps have done a magnificent job and I hope their sacrifices will be rewarded justly by the ministry. The first batch of pale-electro-rock samples have already completed their journey via this route and I can barely contain my excitement as we begin to conduct our preliminary tests. You should have seen the look on Col. Raptor's face as his vehicles struggled to leave site 5510 and suffered the most Shakespearean breakdowns. I tried to console him by telling that the sacrifice of 6 of his trucks has not been in vain as it confirmed my theory of an exponential higgs field around the mountain but as expected it pissed him off even more. However, I fully trust his competence and am sure that the vehicles will be retuned in accordance with my calculations to compensate for the extra-variable mass these rocks experience here due this unique phenomenon. I shall write to you again after conducting the first Atomic-Mapping tests hopefully revealing for the first time some brilliant properties of these electro-rocks which make up these most enigmatic mountains .
Your dear friend
Umos Sandworth.
